To change your char look, you must be level 60 or above and have changed to advance class. The materials needed depend upon the profession you choose (diviner vs journeyman vs soldier).
Journeyman:

Quest cert from guild (white piece of paper with red and yellow on it)

Trophy (drop for leader of party from Lvl 3 boss in Crescent Island warehouse

level 25 Glove

level 40 Hat

1 crystal ring (any stat)

Diviner:

Take materials to npc in bag tailor (28:38).
Choose 2nd option, 1st option, then put all items in basket, click 1st option til look is changed.
**Note** with changed look, you lose the ability to see weapons look (other then lvl 1 look of weapon).
If want to change adv look from I to II or from II to I, can do it with 2 green potions (from gambling place in emerald city) and 1 tp (any). Take to gambling place in emerald city.
If want to change back from advance look to original look, then take 2 red potions (from gambling place in emerald city) and 1 tp (any). Take to gambling place in emerald city.
If you change from original look to adv look and back to original and then want to go BACK to adv look, you need to start from "beginning" and gather your class' materials as listed above.
